Live coding with anyone,
in six characters.
Encrypted in your browser. Erased when you leave. No account, ever. Your room is six characters — share the code, write together in real time, and the relay never sees plaintext.
Three rooms, three reasons.
Pair programming
Spin up a room, drop the code in a chat, watch your partner's cursor move line by line. No repo, no setup, no friction.
Interview practice
Share a 6-character code over the call. Run Python, JS, C++, Rust — eight languages, in-browser, no install.
Sharing a quick snippet
Faster than a gist, more private than a paste. Set a 10-minute TTL, paste, share, and the room is gone when you close the tab.
Three steps. No account. No trace.
- 01
Open a room
Click Create. A 6-character code is generated. Nothing about you is stored — not your email, not your IP beyond a 60-second rate-limit window.
- 02
Share the code
Send the code (or a view-only link, or a QR for mobile). They type it in. Their browser derives the same AES-GCM key from the code — relay never sees it.
- 03
Write together. Run it. Erase on the way out.
Cursors, typing indicators, chat, files — all sync in real time. Run 8 languages with program input and popular Python libraries (numpy, pandas…). When the last person leaves, the room self-destructs after the TTL you chose (10 min / 1 h / 24 h).
Questions,
honestly answered.
Including the ones most products dodge. Every answer below is the same one you'll get from the code — no marketing layer. See all 19 questions with search and category filters in the interactive modal, or the full security write-up.
Yes. The 6-character room code (plus optional room password) runs through PBKDF2-SHA256 at 600,000 rounds with two independent salts. One salt derives your AES-GCM-256 encryption key, which strictly never leaves your browser; the other derives an authentication token, of which the relay only ever stores the SHA-256 hash. Every document update, chat message, and file chunk is sealed with that key before it touches the network — the relay forwards opaque ciphertext and cannot read anything you write.
Open a room. It disappears in an hour.
No account. No email. No trace. Six characters between you and a live, encrypted session with anyone on the internet.
